Job description

We are looking for a talented Senior .Net Software Engineer to join a dynamic team shaping the future of application modernization. You will work at the intersection of automation, cloud engineering, and system optimization, contributing to a platform that accelerates IT transformation across enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience with .Net
• Strong Azure experience, including: App Services, Azure Function Apps, Azure Pipelines, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, Virtual Machines, Windows 365, Networking (vNET, subnet, VPN), Azure Marketplace Offers, ARM Templates
• Basic DevOps skills and cloud infrastructure understanding
• Prior experience in technical leadership or team lead roles
• Knowledge or interest in distributed systems, operating systems (especially Windows), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian
• Proactive, creative, problem-solving mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus

Tech Stack

• The application runs in the cloud (Azure at this point), but should be cloud-agnostic. The actual code is .NET Framework, ASP.NETWebApi, SQL Azure. SignalR & RDP are used to perform part of the communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the architecture, design, and development of the flagship automation platform.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize existing code for functionality, performance, and robustness.
• Actively contribute to coding best practices, including participating in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across cloud, virtualized, and on-premises environments.
