You will modernize legacy platforms, shape API integrations, and ensure production quality with CI/CD and security best practices. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, with opportunities for broader responsibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of production software experience in C#/.NET.
• Strong SQL Server data modeling and performance tuning.
• Modern front-end knowledge (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Hands-on Azure experience and API design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure services and web apps (C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, React, Azure).
• Lead the modernization of legacy applications through refactoring and re-platforming.
• Design APIs and integrations with internal systems, customers, and partners.
• Own production quality: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure coding.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Collaborate with operations and business leaders to turn freight problems into software.
