Job summary

OM Housing in Warren, NJ is seeking a Team Lead / Sr. .NET Developer to build high-quality .NET applications, drive architecture, and perform code reviews. You will lead design decisions and mentor junior developers across projects.

The role requires strong C#, WinForms, SQL, Azure, and Entity Framework experience, with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. BS/MS in CS/engineering is preferred and you will manage multiple complex projects.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL / T-SQL, Database Schemas, Performance Tuning, Application Testing, Debugging & Refactoring
• Strong software architecture, modern development methodologies, coding standards, and technical design experience
• Strong C# + WinForms + SQL + Azure + Entity Framework background
• Previous Lead / Management / Mentoring experience preferred
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects
