Maximum Technology Corporation in Huntsville, AL seeks a Principal Systems Engineer to lead naval radar system engineering efforts. You will drive performance, develop tests, troubleshoot issues, and integrate hardware and software across multi-disciplinary teams.

Candidates should have a STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, and be eligible for U.S. government security clearance. Travel up to 10% is possible to support field locations and test facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience integrating military systems (software, hardware, requirements, integration, or testing).
• Engineering leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Drive Performance: Lead a team to collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues. Responsible for schedule execution of assigned program elements.
• Testing: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments.
• Troubleshoot and Analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Modeling and Simulation: Utilize modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
• Integrate Systems: Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact.
• Collaborate: Work with customers and multi-disciplinary internal teams to achieve seamless integration and system functionality.
• Document and Communicate: Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.
• Requirements Development: Decompose and track specifications throughout complex systems architectures
• Support Missions: Travel as needed (up to 10%) to support mission execution at various locations including local facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.
