• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a 4-year accredited school.
• 5+ years of individual contributor experience.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Experience with system-level thinking and system engineering principles.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive execution of detailed technical work scopes for large system design and development projects.
• Contribute directly to project execution through individual technical contributions.
• Bridge detailed engineering activities with other functions to ensure project success.
• Lead and motivate technical teams to deliver challenging products and systems.
• Represent the company to customers (including U.S. Navy) and key suppliers/partners with clear communication.
