Fogelman is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at Artesian East Village, a 371-unit community in Atlanta's Gresham Park area. The role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance supervision, strong hands-on skills, and HVAC/CPO certifications.

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily.
• HVAC certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) may be required.
• Strong vendor relations, turn management and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the maintenance team and coordination with vendors.
• Assign work, manage service requests and make-readies for move-ins.
• Order equipment and supplies within budget and maintain logs.
• Inspect make-readies prior to move-in and manage safety/compliance.
