Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for North Hills at Town Center in Raleigh to lead on-site maintenance at a busy multifamily community. You’ll oversee a small team, handle resident requests, and ensure safe, high‑quality repairs.

Requirements include five years in apartment maintenance, 1–2 years supervisory experience, refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal), a valid driver’s license, and a CPO certification if required by state.

Qualifications

• Five years of apartment maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal).
• Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.
• CPO certification (if required by state).
• Knowledge of OneSite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and higher level maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Be on-call to work weekends and nights (with on-call bonus).
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment; care for and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property/management company.
