Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience, multifamily preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• CPO and HVAC certifications preferred (or willing to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for residents, team, and vendors.
• Technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance systems and vendor coordination.
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for inspections, code compliance, and contractor performance.
