Job summary

Lucid Search Group is seeking a Superintendent for multifamily construction in a hands-on field leadership role. You will own the jobsite, maintain schedules, and guide teams with minimal micromanagement, on large-scale ground-up multifamily projects.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily field operations, leading subs and crews, coordinating meetings, and enforcing safety and quality standards to meet plans and specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Strong background in multifamily ground-up projects.
• Experience leading field teams and managing jobsite activity.
• Ability to read plans and manage sequencing effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from start through closeout.
• Lead superintendents, subcontractors, and jobsite teams.
• Drive and maintain project schedules.
• Run coordination meetings and manage field communication.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure on-site compliance.
• Maintain quality control aligned with plans and specs.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact the schedule.
