Job summary

MMG is seeking a Superintendent for a National Multifamily Development/General Contractor project in Cincinnati. The role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive and focuses on leading the project team, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have multifamily construction experience, familiarity with podium and wrap installations, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Multifamily Construction experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Interact with subcontractors to drive project progress.
• Partner with Project Manager/Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
• Provide direction to the project team to complete projects safely and on time.
