The University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, KS is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform skilled construction and trades duties across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general construction.

Lead project activities within the department, troubleshoot and repair university facilities, and coordinate renovation and installation projects. Requires high school diploma/GED, 3 years related experience preferred, and valid driver’s license.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous project lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Performs skilled construction and multi-trades duties including carpentry, basic plumbing and basic electrical.
• May drive a university vehicle to perform duties.
• Performs routine cleanup at work sites or in shop areas.
• May assist in general grounds work and snow removal.
• Subject to on-call duty and other job-related duties as assigned.
