Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education desirable, plus 7–9 years of relevant training/experience.
• Project estimating and supervision experience.
• Master level skills in carpentry, locksmith, masonry, and concrete foundation work.
• Basic plumbing and wiring.
• Heavy equipment operation.
• Advanced knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to train others and supervise projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovation and repair projects at a master level.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate construction tasks.
• Estimate costs, time and materials for projects.
• Secure supplies and manage equipment purchases.
• Maintain records of repairs and completed work.
• Perform skilled trades in carpentry, plumbing, electrical as needed.
• Supervise staff and train new employees.
• Oversee custodial, grounds, and seasonal maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety and address personnel issues with supervision.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
