Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent for multi-family projects in Harrisburg, PA. You will oversee field activities, manage schedules, enforce safety rules, and coordinate with the project team to ensure on-time delivery of quality housing.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, developing look-ahead schedules, and ensuring subcontractors and vendors comply with plans and contracts. OSHA certification and extensive construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor's in construction management preferred or equivalent experience.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee day-to-day field activities.
• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules from design to closeout.
• Develop timelines and critical path schedules; track durations and delays.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure schedules stay on track.
• Manage material submittals, deliveries, and subcontractor coordination.
• Inspect work daily for quality and compliance with plans and scope.
• Keep weekly look-ahead schedules and report progress to project team.
• Attend kickoff and turnover meetings and participate in project planning.
