Job summary

Paseo Construction is seeking a Construction Manager to lead multi-family projects in Los Angeles. You will serve as the central point for project communication, documentation, and coordination to protect schedules and budgets while ensuring visibility for ownership and field teams.

You will own RFIs and submittals in Procore, track tasks in Monday.com, run weekly coordination meetings, and maintain the 3-Week Look Ahead.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating construction projects for a general contractor.
• Strong working knowledge of Procore as system of record for documentation.
• Proficient with Monday.com or similar platform for tracking deadlines.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs.
• Exceptional organizational skills with accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage RFIs and submittals within Procore to resolve items within 48 hours.
• Maintain project-wide tasks in Monday.com to sustain on-time completion rate.
• Coordinate information flow among ownership, field staff, and subcontractors to avoid conflicting directions.
• Lead weekly OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings with clear agendas and minutes.
• Align field priorities with documentation and owner expectations via the 3-Week Look Ahead.
