Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Lead MuleSoft Developer in Atlanta to drive end-to-end integration initiatives using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will lead design, development, and implementation with strong client interaction and technical leadership across teams.

The role requires hands-on MuleSoft, API-led connectivity, RAML/OpenAPI, and data transformation experience, with responsibilities spanning enterprise integration and production support in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of IT experience with strong integration development
• Extensive hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4 experience
• Strong DataWeave 2.0 transformations and API development skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MuleSoft design, development, implementation, and support activities
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and refine integration requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, APIs, and integrations
• Develop MuleSoft integrations using Mule 4 and API-led connectivity
• Build RESTful and SOAP-based services and APIs
• Provide technical leadership through code/design reviews and best practices
• Guide teams through deployment and production support
• Work with Architects, QA, DevOps, and application teams to manage dependencies
• Drive defect resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
