Job summary

Rambus is seeking a Lead MTSApplicationEngineer to join the Memory Interface team in San Jose, CA. This full-time role involves bench validation across I2C/I3C protocols and developing Python automation scripts to support performance specifications.

The candidate will collaborate with design, operation, and development teams, provide post-silicon bring-up support, and work in a hybrid environment with onsite and remote days. New graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of post-silicon digital ASIC bench validation experience.
• Experience with lab automation in Python.
• Experience with I2C/I3C protocols.

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Lead MTSApplicationEngineer to join our Memory Interface team in San Jose California. Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.

As a Lead MTSApplicationengineer, the candidate will be reporting toDirectorofApplication andValidation and is a Full-Time position. The engineer will work ondevelopingthevalidation environment across bench and systemforperformance specification compliance using ourDDR5 enablement devices (SPD/TS/PMIC). The engineer will require experience invalidationofdigital ASICandI2C/I3C protocols.

Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracinga hybrid approach formostoffice-basedroles.Employeesare encouragedtospend an average of at leastthree days per weekonsite,allowing fortwodaysof remote work.

• The US salary range for this full-time position is $117,300 to $167,500.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
• The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
