Job summary

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak, MI seeks an experienced MRI Technologist to manage daily operations in the MRI suite. You will oversee staff, monitor quality metrics, and assist with payroll duties while driving opportunities for education and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of MRI experience, JRCERT-accredited education, and ARRT/ARMRIT credentials. This full-time role is based on site with a Monday–Friday schedule at the Royal Oak Hospital

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a JRCERT-accredited radiography program.
• 5 years of relevant experience as an MRI technologist.
• ARRT MRI certification upon hire or ARMRIT certification upon hire.
• BLS certification upon hire or as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day floor operations within the MRI modality and coordinates education opportunities.
• Monitors quality, leads payroll duties as assigned, and looks for trends to improve efficiency.
• Assigns and monitors MRI technologists' work to optimize quality and throughput.
• May lead special projects assigned by leadership.
