Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Lead MRI Technologist for the north region to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality imaging care across Southwest Florida. You will supervise technologists, coach staff, and ensure safety and imaging standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Travel to outpatient sites as needed and support hiring and performance reviews, stepping in for the Imaging Center Manager when unavailable to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) MR or ARMRIT certification required.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to the Imaging Center Manager on performance and quality of technologists.
• Travel to Radiology Regional's outpatient settings across Southwest Florida north region as needed.
• Coach, train, support, and motivate team members.
• Document performance during periods and provide to the ICM.
• Promote flexible staff utilization and delegate work across teams.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations, RadNet practices and safety protocols.
• Perform technologist duties to maintain skills and cover staffing shortages.
• Support the ICM in facility initiatives.
• Provide input for hiring and performance evaluations of MRI staff.
• Act on behalf of the ICM when the manager is unavailable.

When you join us as a Lead MRI Technologist for the north region, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will

• Provide the Imaging Center Manager (ICM) with feedback regarding performance and quality of technologists.
• Travel to Radiology Regional's various outpatient medical office setting throughout Southwest Florida north region as needed.
• Manage and provide coaching, training, support, and motivation to team members.
• Monitor and document performance during performance periods and provides documentation to the ICM.
• Promote flexibility in staff utilization and delegate work appropriately across teams and departments.
• Adheres to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and generally accepted safety protocols.
• Performs technologist duties to maintain technical skills and to alleviate staffing shortages.
• Supports the ICM in facility initiatives.
• Provide input for hiring and performance evaluation of MRI employees
• Acts on behalf of the ICM when individual is unavailable.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

• ARRT(R) (MR) or ARMRIT certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• Must have BLS certification
• A familiarity with and ability to use equipment in including RIS, imaging equipment and PACS.
• A demonstrated the ability to maintain all required quality standards

Pay Range is $43-$50 per hour.#MRMD
