Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform advanced MR procedures and act as a lead resource for technologists and students. You will train staff, ensure quality imaging, and help maintain patient records in a busy radiology environment.

Responsibilities include supervisory duties, safety compliance with MRI guidelines, and coordinating workflow during the night shift. Strong communication and ARRT/ARMRIT certification are required.

Qualifications

• This position requires MR expertise and ARRT/ARMRIT registration with CPR certification.
• Experience guiding radiology staff and students is expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform MR procedures including complex imaging under supervision.
• Provide clinical guidance to radiology students and staff.
• Instruct in procedures, maintain patient records, and assist in policy implementation.
• Assume charge in the MRI Manager's absence and supervise others.
