• Ensure safety and compliance with Company, OSHA, and other standards.
• Oversee hiring, performance coaching, disciplining, and training of staff.
• Coordinate with agencies and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of heavy equipment and sanitation equipment.
• Lead safety meetings and train staff in operations.
