Job summary

Trucordia is seeking a Market Leader to steer the MPCI crop insurance program across our platform. You will drive revenue growth, mentor a collaborative team, and align with Platform goals and Trucordia commitments.

You will build strong relationships with AIPs and agencies, partner with Sales to uncover new business, and oversee cross-department coordination to sustain MPCI growth. A decade of leadership in crop insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a crop insurance AIP or agency leadership or support role.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth targets within MPCI crop insurance.
• Serve as SME for MPCI plans and programs.
• Build relationships with AIPs and agencies.
• Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities including new business, cross-selling and upselling.
• Coordinate with Platform Operations to support MPCI growth.
• Monitor revenue and profitability across MPCI growth areas.
