Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking a non-CDL driver to load, transport, and unload household goods. You will lead moving crews, interact with customers daily, and grow within the company while upholding our safety and zero-tolerance drug policy.

We offer hourly pay of $19–$21, with benefits including paid vacation after 1 year, health options, 8 paid holidays, and referral programs. This is an on-site driving role with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and comply with our zero-tolerance drug policy.
• Experience loading, transporting, and unloading household goods.
• Willing to travel locally, intrastate, and interstate as required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipment on to and/or off of truck.
• May inspect shipment prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipment.
• Assist as need in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on truck and moving equipment, interior and exterior of truck, straps and tensioners, walkboards, etc.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
