Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving in Orlando, FL is seeking non-CDL drivers to load, transport, and unload household goods. You will lead moving crews, interact with customers daily, and grow within the company. A clean driving record and ability to follow our zero-tolerance drug policy are required.

The position pays $18–$20 per hour, with benefits and incentives. This is a hands-on role in a team environment at a long-standing nationwide moving company.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel locally, intrastate and interstate.
• Box truck operation experience or ability.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team.
• Punctual, reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company box truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipments.
• Inspect shipments for proper packing.
• Maintain shipment inventories and paperwork.
• Assist with loading and unloading for interstate movement.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
