Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving in Texas invites experienced non-CDL drivers to join our team. This full-service moving company loads, transports, and unloads household goods, leads crews, and works directly with customers daily to ensure smooth moves.

Applicants should have a clean driving record and the ability to follow a zero-tolerance policy. The position pays $18–$21 per hour with benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel locally, intrastate and/or interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Punctual and reliable; ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipments on to and/or off of the truck.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist as needed in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of the vehicle and equipment.
• Maintain documentation for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT compliance.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
