Coleman Worldwide Moving is hiring for Type 4 driving positions in Hawaii. The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods, leading a moving crew, and interfacing with customers daily.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record and can comply with a zero-tolerance drug policy. Compensation ranges from $19 to $27 per hour, with opportunities for incentives based on performance and company growth.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel regionally and interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Excellent communications skills across customers and crew.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipment on to and off of the truck.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing.
• Perform inventory and maintain shipment records.
• Support loading and moving operations for forward movement.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Maintain driver logs and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
