Job summary

All My Sons Moving & Storage is hiring in Pittsburgh to operate 26-ft box trucks and move furniture and household goods. You will work with a professional moving team in residential settings and use tablets for paperwork, delivering a high-quality customer experience on every job.

We offer weekly pay and opportunities for tips and bonuses based on performance. This role requires physical effort with lifting and stairs, plus background and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job.
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments.
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
• Ability to climb stairs
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Pay & Earnings

• Earn $25–$35+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
• Daily tips can average $20–$150+
• Monthly performance bonuses for top performers
• Excellent earning potential for motivated team members

What You’ll Do
