All My Sons Moving & Storage in Jacksonville, FL is seeking movers to drive 26-ft automatic box trucks, safely move furniture, and provide excellent customer service on every job.

The role offers weekly pay with tips and bonuses based on performance, plus modern equipment and opportunities for growth. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75+ lbs are preferred, with background and drug checks required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment used when appropriate.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Drive and operate 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods—moving is the core responsibility of this role.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job.
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments.
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management.

Pay & Earnings

• Earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
• Daily tips can average $20–$150+
• Monthly performance bonuses for top performers
• Excellent earning potential for motivated team members

• We are open 7 days a week and most shifts are full-day shifts
