All My Sons Moving & Storage in Texas is hiring drivers to operate 26-ft box trucks and move furniture for residential customers. The role emphasizes safe handling, customer service, and teamwork on a busy moving crew.

Earn $20–$30+ per hour after tips and bonuses, with daily tips and monthly bonuses. Weekly pay and modern equipment support a strong earning potential and long-term opportunity.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
• Ability to climb stairs
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

• Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management

Requirements

Pay & Earnings

• Earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
• Daily tips can average $20–$150+
• Monthly performance bonuses for top performers
• Excellent earning potential for motivated team members

• We are open 7 days a week and most shifts are full-day shifts
