Job summary

All My Sons Moving & Storage in Cincinnati is looking for dependable team members to join our residential moving crew. Earn $20–$30+ per hour with tips and bonuses, with weekly pay and opportunities for performance bonuses. The role emphasizes safe, efficient moving and excellent customer service in a fast-hiring environment.

Drive 26-ft box trucks, move furniture, and work with a professional team using tablets for paperwork. Full- and part-time shifts available, open daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job.
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments.
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management.

Pay & Earnings

• Earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
• Daily tips can average $20–$150+
