Job summary

Vail Mountain is hiring for winter 2026/27 across Food & Beverage roles, including Manager-level leadership on the restaurant floor. You will oversee front and back of house operations and work with central programs to deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences.

Starting wages range from $58,298 to $73,283 per year plus an annual bonus. This full-time role offers access to ski passes, free lessons, employee discounts, a 401(k), and ongoing training to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience with at least 1 year at a managerial level.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Sets an example for service standards, menu knowledge, wine and beverage education.
• Oversees floor operations, payroll, inventory and scheduling to meet targets.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and maintains daily logs and reports.
