Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC in Utah is seeking a skilled Motor Grader Operator to join our construction team. You will operate a motor grader to spread and level dirt, gravel, and other materials for highway, road, and site preparation projects.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience operating a motor grader, strong safety discipline, and the ability to work precisely. CDL is a plus and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience operating a motor grader in heavy civil, highway, or commercial site prep.
• Strong understanding of finish grade work, blueprints, stakes, and GPS systems.
• Valid Driver's License required; CDL is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate motor graders (finish grade and rough grade) to achieve precise specifications for roads, pads, and drainage.
• Utilize GPS grade-control systems to ensure accuracy.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations; coordinate with ground crews.
• Assist with other site duties and operate secondary equipment when needed.
