Job summary

Pave America is seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator to join our construction team in Bluffdale, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for operating motor graders to achieve precise specifications for highway and site preparation projects. Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in heavy civil work, a strong understanding of finish grade work, and familiarity with GPS grade-control systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience operating a motor grader.
• Strong understanding of finish grade work and blueprints.
• Valid Driver’s License required; CDL is a plus.

• Utilize GPS grade-control systems for accuracy.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
