You will own the full motion design workflow, collaborating with executives, marketing, and product teams in a fully remote, async environment. The role emphasizes autonomy, strong English communication, and a portfolio that demonstrates high craft in motion design, storytelling, and typography.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional motion graphics experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design craft.
• Ability to work autonomously on tight deadlines in a remote async environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, triage, and translate requests into visual execution plans.
• Conceptualize and animate motion graphics for digital products and assets.
• Own story and narrative development to support the brand.
• Manage end-to-end animation pipeline from concept to delivery.
• Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and color palettes.
• Communicate design rationale clearly in asynchronous formats.
