Job summary

You will partner with the VP of Product Management and agile teams to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, guiding discovery through launch. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, quick domain learning, and the ability to balance multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage-related domain
• 3+ years in Product Owner/Business Analyst roles
• Proven backlog ownership in Agile environments
• Clear problem statements and well-written user stories with acceptance criteria
• Strong organizational skills for multi-stakeholder workstreams
• Fast learner with ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Analytical skills to synthesize information from multiple sources
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, QA and UAT design

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the team backlog with well-groomed, ready items
• Translate business needs into problem statements and actionable user stories
• Guide the scrum team through planning, refinement, and daily execution
• Define product vision, sprint goals, and release plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities with strategic goals
• Drive agile practices and continuous improvement across processes
• Conduct data analysis to inform product decisions
• Monitor mortgage industry trends relevant to the roadmap
• Elicit requirements via interviews and workshops and clarify underlying problems
