Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Toddler Guide to nurture curious 1-3 year olds in a prepared Montessori environment. You will observe, plan lessons, and lead a small, respectful classroom that supports independence.

This role emphasizes language development, social growth, and family collaboration. Eligible candidates may pursue fully sponsored Montessori certification through our institute, and a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing fully sponsored Montessori certification through our Prepared Montessorian Institute, or a previously earned Montessori diploma.
• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group care or early learning setting.
• Alignment with child-led educational approaches (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
• Required ECE or Child Development credits.
• Bachelor's degree (any field).
