The Baltimore Montessori-Locust Point, part of Endeavor Schools, seeks a Lead Primary Montessori Guide to implement Montessori curriculum and mentor staff. This full-time role requires Montessori certification and fosters a collaborative, growth-oriented learning environment.

You will lead age-appropriate activities, monitor student progress, and contribute to a supportive workplace with opportunities for career development and relocation across Endeavor's 100+ schools.

Qualifications

• Montessori Certification Required
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development preferred
• 1 year prior experience in a certified child development center preferred
• Montessori credentials preferred; willingness to learn Montessori philosophy
• 90 clock hours MSDE coursework required or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead Montessori curriculum following Montessori pedagogy.
• Plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Assess and document student progress.
• Create a harmonious environment where children and teachers thrive.
