Qualifications

• Must possess an AMI, AMS, or other equivalent Montessori primary diploma in addition to, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of classroom experience in a public or urban setting preferred.
• Demonstrate commitment to anti-bias/anti-racist pedagogy and data-informed instruction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Montessori classroom environment and present lessons to students.
• Lead a classroom team of 1–2 adults and provide coaching.
• Engage families through conferences, events, and consistent communication.
• Maintain student records, assessments, and progress reports.
