Qualifications

• AMI/AMS Montessori certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related field; advanced training is a plus.
• Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and observation-based assessment.
• Excellent communication with learners, families, and colleagues; openness to collaboration.
