Ceva Santé Animale is seeking a Molecular Virology Project Leader to provide scientific and operational leadership for virology activities supporting diagnostics, research, and vaccine programs. The role requires expertise in virology, molecular biology, and livestock systems (avian, swine, bovine) to advance current and next-generation vaccine technologies and diagnostics.

The position leads the Molecular Virology Team, directs key projects, and ensures high-quality outcomes while driving

Competenze

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology or related field required.
• M.S. in Molecular Biology or related discipline preferred, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• B.S./B.A. in science field with 15+ years of diagnostic experience.
• Extensive diagnostic testing and assay development experience in veterinary contexts.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee the Molecular Virology Team.
• Manage project planning and execution, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Maintain and oversee LIMS for molecular virology testing and data integrity.
• Deliver accurate, reliable diagnostic results to stakeholders.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop staff; ensure quality and SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with global teams and external partners on projects.
