Job summary

Bimeda seeks a senior R&D scientist to lead advanced veterinary vaccine programs, drive experimental design, and shape regulatory submissions for licensure. The role demands strong leadership and collaboration across R&D, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to deliver compelling data packages.

You will mentor scientists, oversee CROs, and communicate science strategies to senior leadership, contributing to global regulatory success and product development.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. plus 5+ years postdoc/industry experience or a Master’s with 8+ years in animal health.
• Proven ability to lead veterinary vaccine programs and regulatory-grade data packages (USDA CVB or equivalents).
• Deep expertise in target animal immunology and vaccine platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple vaccine R&D programs from concept to regulatory data package completion.
• Serve as scientific lead for target species programs (e.g., bovine, swine, aquaculture).
• Design vaccination-challenge study plans and interpret efficacy/safety data for licensure.
