Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland is seeking a Lead Laboratory Technologist in Molecular Microbiology. You will work nights on the Main Campus, joining a research-driven, patient-centered environment where technology and collaboration advance care.

In this role you will coach teammates, ensure CLIA compliance, and help educate staff while maintaining instruments and contributing to new assay validation under Medical Director guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological or Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
• Two years (2080 hours) non-waived testing experience, or 1 year full-time equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge to perform clinical laboratory functions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a coach and technical resource to team members.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA and quality control procedures.
• Train staff and educate in theory, safety, and testing protocols.
• Maintain instruments and perform proficiency testing.
• Develop and update procedure manuals and SOPs.
