• Understanding of tooling manufacturing, methods, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Meritec's in-house Tool Room staff.
• Oversee tooling and equipment sourcing to meet cost and lead-time goals.
• Implement molding and automation to reduce waste.
• Ensure tight-tolerance production.
