Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Typically requires 6+ years of prior manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to mentor or train peers.
• Must communicate and support a team environment.
• Must demonstrate leadership skills and support company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and certify on non-complex and complex operations within current process.
• In-depth knowledge of process within current department and feed/receive product.
• Cross-train and apply skills in other areas of the department.
• Achieve quality targets and drive improvements at certified processes.
• Evaluate and make recommendations on process/product issues.
• Inform management of recurring defects and variations to procedures.
• Accountable for productivity and utilization.
• Provide direction and support work groups through leadership.
