Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical certification, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum four years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Minimum two years operating Injection Molding Machines (Hydraulic, Electric, Vertical).
• Minimum two years working with Mold & Tooling Equipment (injection molds, temp controllers, heaters, chillers).
• Minimum two years working with measuring/inspection tools (Calipers, Micrometers).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and job docs.
• Availability for assigned shifts and overtime; able to adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors equipment used in the production process.
• Responsible for line performance regarding output and uptime.
• Ensures production processes comply with Quality Policies and initiates corrective actions.
• Cleans and maintains machines and equipment.
• Digitally documents process and quality data.
• Maintains 5S in the assigned work area.
