USO Building Co./US-Offsite is hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Redding, CA, with regular travel to active sites. This role leads multifamily modular projects from contract through close-out and requires strong leadership, problem solving, and clear client communication.

The qualified candidate will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality control while maintaining safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction leadership experience.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and change orders.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from contract signing through completion.
• Lead weekly client meetings with clear agendas and action items.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and partners.
• Manage change orders with clear pricing and impact.
• Oversee project-level P&L, budgets, and cash flow.
