Job summary

Camgian is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead the integration of modeling and simulation across Camgian’s product development lifecycle. This role translates mission needs into system architectures, requirements, interfaces, verification approaches, and model-based engineering artifacts.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in modeling and simulation, including development of physics-based models and synthetic environments.

Qualifications

• Proven MBSE experience translating mission needs into system architecture and verification.
• Hands-on MBSE with tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or Sparx EA.
• Knowledge of SysML/UML and linking MBSE artifacts to development activities.
• Defense or aerospace modeling and simulation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering for modeling and simulation capabilities across the development lifecycle.
• Develop MBSE artifacts connecting concepts, architecture, interfaces, requirements, and verification.
• Define and integrate simulation capabilities from component evaluation to mission-effectiveness analysis.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure MBSE supports engineering decisions.
• Guide model fidelity, scenario complexity, and data collection for engineering questions.
