Cortina Solutions is seeking a high-impact Lead Modeling and Simulation Engineer to lead the execution of a complex contract supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). You will own the mission, overseeing multi-domain efforts shaping naval warfare tech.

The role applies simulation-based engineering across diverse applications, using C++/Fortran, probabilistic, SIL, and HIL methods with virtual data visualization and Unity support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Modeling and Simulation, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience using computer simulation technologies including probabilistic, SIL, and HIL simulations.
• Proficiency in C++ and Fortran for simulation and modeling.
• Experience developing virtual data visualization products to display real-time simulation results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex contract work and oversee multi-domain simulation efforts.
• Develop and execute computer simulations (probabilistic, SIL, HIL) to assess engineering solutions.
• Model dynamic, multi-variable scenarios using C++ and Fortran; build virtual visualization products to convey results.
