Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience developing, running, and troubleshooting modeling and simulation tools in a Linux HPC environment.
• Experience leading high-fidelity RF & IR countermeasure studies for advanced platforms.
• Technical expertise related to RF EW engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute technically to sponsored research projects within SPS.
• Assist Branch Head with staffing, appraisals, hiring and technical research activities.
• Develop physics-based models of EO/IR and RF systems and countermeasures to evaluate effectiveness.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and compliance with institute policies.
• Coordinate across branches and laboratories to advance sponsored programs and technical capabilities.
