Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with AFSIM or similar simulation environments.
• 3+ years of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) experience supporting development, use, and analysis of models/simulations/experiments.
• Experience with scenario development for simulation-based analysis.
• Experience with multiple levels of modeling fidelity (parametric, engineering, emulative).
• Experience coding in Python, MATLAB, or C++ for data analysis, model integration, or post-processing.
• Experience with DoE, statistical analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, or optimization methods.
• Experience with US and foreign combat weapon systems (radar, missiles, C2, etc).
• Experience producing clear visualization outputs (plots, dashboards, videos).
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 5+ years experience with simulation environments in lieu of a degree.
