• Understanding of LTE/VoLTE interfaces.
• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong ability to communicate highly technical information clearly to management.
• Availability and responsiveness for occasional after-hours support in a mission-critical 24/7 environment.
• In-depth technical knowledge of routing and switching protocols and familiarity with industry best practices.
• Experience with LTE/5G Call Flow Analysis for identifying issues based on 3GPP specifications.
• Experience with KPI Analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and VB for programming, creating, and customizing reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, architecture, planning, assessment, implementation, and troubleshooting of 4G and 5G mobility solutions.

• Apply best practices for documentation, monitoring, and network administration.
• Provide 2nd level support to the Technical Support Group and Network Operations team to diagnose, remediate, and correlate complex network problems.
